8. Google User Data
LattIQ Audience Manager is a feature of our platform that lets you connect your Google Ads account and manage Customer Match audiences. This section describes how we handle data accessed through Google APIs and supplements the rest of this Policy.
Scopes and consent: When you choose to connect, we request your consent for the Google Ads scope (
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords) and the Google Data Manager scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/datamanager). We request this access only after your explicit consent on Google's screen, and only for the accounts you authorize.
What we access: the list of Google Ads accounts you can access; your Customer Match and lookalike user lists (to create, read, update, and remove them); and audience metadata such as size, status, eligibility, and sharing.
What you upload: only the first-party customer identifiers you provide (for example email, phone, or mailing address). These identifiers are normalized and hashed using SHA-256 before they are transmitted to Google. We do not transmit raw identifiers.
How we use Google user data: solely to provide the audience-management features you request — creating and populating audiences, tracking their status, building lookalike segments, and detecting sharing or duplication within the accounts you manage. We do not use Google user data for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell it.
Storage, retention, and revocation: we store the OAuth authorization tokens needed to act on your behalf; uploaded identifiers are processed to fulfil your request and are not retained by us after the upload job is submitted to Google. You may disconnect at any time, which deletes the stored tokens, and you can revoke access from your Google Account at
myaccount.google.com/permissions. Audiences already created in your Google Ads account are unaffected. How we share it: we do not share Google user data with third parties, except as strictly necessary to provide the service (for example, transmitting hashed identifiers to Google's own APIs) or where required by law.
Limited Use: LattIQ's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
